CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

As a small business, part of my success depends on a mutual respect of time. I require at least 72 hrs notice to reschedule any service. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and I will always try my best to accommodate a reschedule request. Nevertheless, Initial Treatment appointments are specially reserved for you and require a 4 hour block of time. Perfecting Sessions/Touch Up appointments are also specially reserved for you and require a 2 hour block of time. Please understand that when you need to reschedule at the last minute or forget your appointment and do not give any notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Due to Pre-Procedure preparations and timelines, it is very unlikely to fill the spot on such short notice. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment in less than 72 hrs and it is not due to pregnancy, your deposit will still be honored but you will be charged a separate Cancellation/No Show Fee of 50% of the remaining Service Price for said appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted me prior to not showing up, resulting in a NO CALL/ NO SHOW, you will forfeit your deposit and also be charged a separate Cancellation/No Show Fee of 50% of the remaining Service Price for said appointment.
